Albums - Return Policy
Satisfaction - Return Policy:
Ordinary items must be post-marked for return within 10 days of receipt for
a full refund less shipping and handling charges. Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Personalized items including those with Special Titles
are not returnable. However, we will fix any errors we
make and replace any damaged items. It is the customer's responsibility to
insure the accuracy of the personalization requested. It is our
responsibility to imprint exactly what is requested.
Please notify us by email if you receive damaged items. We will send
replacements and shipping instructions.
Prior to returning an item, please contact us to get an Authorization Number.
All items must be returned in their original shipping containers and be insured.
Refunds will be done using PayPal. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Our goal is to have satisfied customer. So, please contact us if you have a problem.

Albums - Cancellation Policy
An ordinary order may be cancelled at any time up until it has been shipped.
Once shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling
charges even if the package is refused at it destination. We typically
ship within 48 hours, so if you decide to cancel, please email

Imprinted orders may be cancelled at any time up until they have been
imprinted. Most orders are imprinted on the same day, so please email or call

Special orders may be cancelled at any time up until we have placed
the order with the distributor. Please email or call us at 304-643-2722
immediately to cancel.
If the order hasn't been shipped, Nightingale Albums will cancel the order and reverse the PayPal transaction.

Albums - Shipping
All orders are shipped by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Notification of shipment will be emailed to the customer by the Post
Office. Priority Mail typically delivers within 2-3 days but is not
guaranteed. International Priority Mail typically delivers
within 4-10 days but is not guaranteed.
In-stock items are shipped same or next business day
after payment is authorized by PayPal.
Out-of-stock items are usually restocked within 5 days and are shipped
as soon as they become available.
Rarely, but on occasion, items are backordered at the distributor and
may not be available for 2-3 weeks. If this occurs, we will notify you
by email.

Nightingale Albums became a Limited Liability Company in July 1998.
Originally located in Green Valley, Arizona near Tucson, we are now located in Harrisville, West
Virginia. Nightingale Albums are sold only over the internet.
